Good Practices we are implementing

This is an abstract of Good Practices which intend to be a tool for our clients and their passengers to be prepared for new a way of tourism after COVID-19. The objective of this Protocol is to protect the health of our tourists, staff, and partners.

Accommodation

We are asking hotels to assure they take the necessary prevention regarding: Cleaning and Disinfection Program. Cleaning procedure for potentially contaminated surfaces. Information for customers at check-in. Help in case of medical consults is needed. Social distancing and cleaning measures. Dispensers the soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towel. Cleaning and disinfection in dishware and common rooms.

Transport

We are asking our transport suppliers to assure they take the necessary prevention regarding: Cleaning and Disinfection Program. Cleaning procedure for potentially contaminated surfaces. Dispensers the soap and hand sanitizer. Information for customers exhibited in each vehicle. Briefing before each tour about personal and group hygienic measures. Help in case of medical consults is needed. Social distancing and cleaning measures for drivers and guides.

Public Places

Make sure that visible information is posted about: What Covid-19 is, its symptoms, forms of prevention, and hygiene measures. Healthcare services are available for tourists in their destinations in case they may require medical care with telephone numbers, addresses, and possible means of transport.

Suggestions for our clients

Opt for private services or Fly and Drive itineraries if it is possible
Choose vehicles bases considering physical distancing, we suggest using 50% of each vehicle capacity.
Take advantage of our nature destinations. Argentina and Chile have a lot of hidden treasures, empty of people and full of nature. This is a perfect opportunity for Fly & Drive itineraries.

Objective

This protocol is aimed at informing our clients about the Good Practices that we are implementing to prevent and minimize COVID/19 contagion among tourist staff, and partners in Argentina and Chile.
