Argentinian Side: Sacred place for the Guaraní nation, center of energy and flowing waters. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the new 7 Natural Wonders of the world, the Iguazú Falls are composed of 275 waterfalls – most of them in Argentine territory – that, from 80 meters high, fall into a fantastic landscape, this being one of the largest waterfalls on the planet. Between the magical stillness of the jungle and the clatter of the waters, the visitor receives the energy of the landscape. Covering 67,000 hectares, the Iguazú National Park constitutes the richest fauna and flora reserve. The ecological train, the circuits and the footbridges allow the visitor to appreciate each one of the jumps from different perspectives, as well as the majestic spectacle of the Garganta del Diablo.
Brazilian side: located within the Iguaçu National Park, 25 km from the center of Foz do Iguaçu (BR). From the Brazilian National Park, there are panoramic views of the falls which are almost 3 km long and 270 cascades. This tour takes a 1000 meter easy walk that lasts approximately 1 hr and starts from the Das Cataratas Hotel and finishes in the canyon of the Devil’s Throat.
