    All about the SALTA, IGUAZÚ & BUENOS AIRES – 7 DAYS 6 NIGHTS.

    Salta is the capital city of the homonimous province. It is situated in one of the most fertile and nicest sites ever created by nature in this region. During this tour you will also visited a World Heritage: Humahuaca Gorge. Located in the province of Jujuy, you will enjoy charming villages as Purmamarca.  This small village from the beginning of the XVII century, of prehispanic origin, located at 2192 meters above sea level and 3 kilometers away to the East of National Route Nº 9 which links it to the Capital City of Jujuy after riding 65 kilometers.

    From Salta, you will flight to Puerto Iguazú. Situated in the northeast of Argentina, Puerto Iguazú city borders on Brazil and Paraguay through the concourse of Paraná and Iguazú Rivers. Here you will visit Iguazú National Park -NaturalHeritage to Humanity by UNESCO- visiting 275 waterfalls and getting to know the exotic flora and fauna
    Being a touristic place, it provides with the greatest spectacle of water and forest ever existing on Earth – the imposing Iguazú Falls – in guaraní language “Big waters”.

    1. Day 1 SALTA

      Upon arrival, you will pick up the car rental.
      Rest of the day at leisure to enjoy this picturesque Salta Capital City. We suggest to visit: the cathedral, the Church of San Francisco, the town hall, the Historic Museum of the North, the craft market and San Bernardo Hill.

    2. Day 2 SALTA

      Day at your leisure in Salta. We suggest to visit Cachi town in the Calchaquí Valleys. You should drive by the Lerma Valley up to ”El Carril”, where the direction of the tour starts heading westward. After Chicoana the trip continues along the Quebrada de Escoipe (Escoipe gorge). As the vehicle climbs the Obispo slope, there are many panoramic views. Following the Tin Tin Straight and Los Cardones National Park, you come upon a small, ancient town called Cachi. It is a very picturesque village in the Calchaqui Valleys, where the traditions and myths are still alive. Next, visit one of the most famous archaeological museums and take some free time to walk around the village meeting the people who are living legends.

    3. Day 3 SALTA - PURMAMARCA

      Today we propose you to drive to this little town in Humahuaca Gorge. Near Purmamarca you can visit the Salt Lakes, that shows a unique an different landscape. After that return to Purmamarca by the picturesque Lipán slope until Purmamarca town.

    4. Day 4 PURMAMARCA- TILCARA-HUMAHUACA

      We suggest to visit Purmamarca town during the morning and then continue northwards to visit the main towns of the Humahuaca Gorge. In Tilcara we suggest to visit an archaeological museum and the ”Pucara” (amazing indigenous ruins). Then continue the trip, pass Huacalera and Uquía, and finally arrive to Humahuaca an ancient picturesque village. Walk around the place will be very nice.
      In the afternoon, return to Salta Airport to leave the car and take the flight to Puerto Iguazú.
      Upon Arrival to Iguazu, transfer from the airport to the hotel with english speaking guide.

    5. Day 5 IGUAZÚ FALLS: ARGENTIEAN SIDE

      After breakfast transfer to Iguazu National Park to enjoy a full day private tour to the Argentinean side of the falls with English speaking guide visiting the three main paths: the upper and lower paths as well as the Devil´s Throat. It will be possible to enjoy impressive views of the falls from different perspectives. UPPER WALK: A walk of 500 mts long and last about 45 minutes seeing the Two Sisters, Bosseti, Adam and Eve, Bernabe Mendez, Mbiguá and San Martín falls from the upper part. LOWER PATH: With a professional tourist guide you will walk around 1.300 mts of foot-path which last 1:30 hs. It’s a different view in which you will see the falls from the middle of them and you might get wet in case you want. GARGANTA DEL DIABLO (DEVIL’S THROAT): Before doing these two paths, we’ll aboard a little train, it will reach us, after drive 4 km, to Devils Throat Station surrounding the upper part of the Iguazu River, from here you’ll walk by a bridge (walkway) that leads to the balcony of Devil’s throat. The most spectacular view.
      During this tour you can also take as optional Great Adventure Boat Ride
      Lunch is included at the National Park. Entrance is included.

    6. Day 6 IGUAZU FALLS: BRAZILIAN SIDE

      In the morning, we will pick you up at the hotel to visit the brazilian side of the falls, in private service with English speaking guide. On that National Park you have a panoramic view of the falls with almost 3 km long and 270 cascades. It’s a 1000 m of easy walk that takes 1 hour. It finishes visiting the canyon of the Devil’s throat.
      Entrance is included.
      Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Buenos Aires.
      Arrival to Buenos Aires and private transfer without guide to the hotel.

    7. Day 7 BUENOS AIRES - DEPARTURE

      After breakfast, we will provide you a private transfer without guide to Ezeiza International Airport to take the flight back home. (B)
