Fançois and I want to thank you very much for organizing our post-tour in Patagonia. Everything was very well organized and worked perfectly well.
In Ushuaia the hotel Los Acebos was pretty good and the quality of the excursion was really nice. In El Calafate the hotel Sierra Nevada was OK but not as good as Ushuaia (smaller rooms and beds, quality of breakfast, just to let you know) but it was nicely located.
We thank you also for the last-minute change to get the “big ice” tour which was outstanding and an unforgettable experience. The tour at Upsala was terrific as well.
All guides at the airports were perfect in welcoming and presenting the programme.
