    All about the BUENOS AIRES, IBERA & IGUAZU – 10 DAYS 9 NIGHTS.

    With an extension of 1.400.000 hectares, the Iberá Swamps are the second largest wetland in South America. These crystalline waters are inhabited by the Golden Fish and other species that make Corrientes a more than interesting destination for sport fishing fans. Its nature diversity is suitable for many different activities: rural tourism, walks, bike rides, horse riding, sulky or carriage rides, trekking, mountain bike, 4×4 rides, photographic safaris, nature sightseeing. Its waters are perfect for nautical sports like: sailing, canoeing, rubber boats, kayaking, water ski, jet ski or windsurf. Visitors willing to discover the spirit of this magic province should not miss the Gaucho Culture, the Guaraní Heritage, the chipá, its typical chamamé dance or its carnivals.

    1. Day 1 BUENOS AIRES

      Arrival in Buenos Aires, welcome at the airport and private transfer from Ezeiza International Airport to the hotel with English Speaking guide.
      Overnight in Buenos Aires, standard room.

    2. Day 2 BUENOS AIRES - CITY TOUR

      After breakfast, Half Day Buenos Aires City Tour (SIB)
      We will visit Buenos Aires’ most traditional and picturesque points. Buenos Aires is a city that combines the European style with the Latin American spirit. In this tour, you will discover its characteristics, its history, its architecture, its culture and its best stories. We will visit the center of the city, San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Palermo, with stops in Plaza de Mayo, Caminito and La Recoleta.
      Afternoon return to the hotel.
      Overnight in Buenos Aires, standard room. (B, D)

    3. Day 3 BUENOS AIRES- IBERA WETLANDS

      Morning private transfer from the hotel to the airport (without guide).
      Flight to Posadas (it is not included).
      Arrival in Posadas, welcome at the airport and private transfer to Ibera Wetlands Lodge. The journey of 210 km is made in 3 hours. Approx. They are 90 km of asphalt + 120 km of sand road inside the Nature Reserve. Transfers only use 4X4 vehicles for access to the Nature Reserve.
      Arrival at Ibera Lodge, Coffee break , Welcome drink with “Chipa correntino” (regional pastry) and Dinner at the Lodge.

    4. Day 4 IBERA WETLANDS

      Breakfast.
      Morning Outing: GUIDED OUTING IN MOTORBOAT FOR WILD FAUNA WATCHING.
      Lunch in the open dinning room overlooking the blue lagoon.
      Relax & Leisure. Coffee break
      Afternoon Outing: GUIDED TREKKING IN THE FOREST. VISIT TO THE INTERPRETATION CENTER. “Asado” at the Lodge –
      Overnight in Ibera Wetlands ( Colonia Pellegrini town), standard room. (B,L,D)

    5. Day 5 IBERA WETLANDS

      Breakfast. Morning Outing: 2nd GUIDED OUTING IN MOTORBOAT FOR WILD FAUNA WATCHING.
      Lunch in the open dinning room overlooking the blue lagoon.
      Relax & Leisure Coffee break
      Afternoon Outing: GUIDED TREKKING THROUGH GRASSLANDS & SABANA “PASO CLARO” or “CAMBA TRAPO”.
      OPTION 1: NIGHT SAFARI TREKKING (No other outing in the afternoon).
      OPTION 2: GUIDED HORSE BACK RIDING IN THE MARSHES guided by one of the first rangers of the Reserve- only for experts. (As the only Outing on the day, with free morning or afternoon). Dinner at the Lodge.

      * Options for birdwatchers, photographers, naturalists and walkers: LONG TREKKING THROUGH THE GRASSLANDS & SABANA and Palm trees Forest with Pic- Nic in the Wild (lunch box) (Returning in the afternoon – It´s the only one Outing of the day )

    6. Day 6 IBERA WETLANDS – POSADAS

      Breakfast.
      Morning Outing: GUIDED OUTING IN MOTORBOAT WITH SHORT TREKKING FOR WILD FAUNA WATCHING
      Relax & Leisure
      Lunch in the open dinning room overlooking the blue lagoon.
      Coffee break
      Late Check Out – in the afternoon.
      Transfer to Posadas (3 hours approx.)
      Arrival to Posadas and check in at the hotel.
      (*)The Outings Programming is organized exclusively by our Guide Coordinator, according to season, weather conditions and the timetable set up in each area by the `Ibera Natural Reserve authorities’.

    7. Day 7 POSADAS -SAN IGNACIO MINI JESUIT MISSION RUINS- IGUAZÚ FALLS

      Breakfast. Private transfer to Iguazu Falls with English Speaking chofer-guide. On the way, you will enjoy a visit to the well known and very interesting San Ignacio Mini Jesuit Mission ruins and take a guided visit of the area. The Jesuit Mission ruins were declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site in 1983. In the heart of a tropical forest, the ruins of San Ignacio, Santa Ana, Nuestra Señora de Loreto and Santa María la Mayor in Argentina are the striking remains of four Jesuit missions, built in the land of the Guarani Indians during the 17th and 18th centuries, each one characterized by a specific layout and a different state of conservation. After that, you will continue the tour driving north along Yerba Mate and pine tree plantations to Puerto Iguazu. Arrival in Puerto Iguazú. Check in at the hotel.

    8. Day 8 IGUAZÚ FALLS: ARGENTIEAN SIDE

      After breakfast transfer to Iguazu National Park to enjoy a Full Day regular tour to the Argentinean side of the falls with English speaking guide (SIB). We will visit the three main paths: the upper and lower paths as well as the Devil´s Throat. It will be possible to enjoy

      impressive views of the falls from different perspectives. UPPER WALK: A walk of 500 mts long and last about 45 minutes seeing the Two Sisters, Bosseti, Adam and Eve, Bernabe Mendez, Mbiguá and San Martín falls from the upper part. LOWER PATH: With a professional tourist guide you will walk around 1.300 mts of foot-path which last 1:30 hs. It’s a different view in which you will see the falls from the middle of them and you might get wet in case you want. GARGANTA DEL DIABLO (DEVIL’S THROAT): Before doing these two paths, we’ll aboard a little train, it will reach us, after drive 4 km, to Devils Throat Station surrounding the upper part of the Iguazu River , from here you’ll walk by a bridge (walkway) that leads to the balcony of Devil’s throat. The most spectacular view. OPTIONAL: Great Adventure Boat Ride (not included)
      Lunch is included at the National Park. Entrance is not included.

    9. Day 9 IGUAZU FALLS- BRASILIAN SIDE - BUENOS AIRES

      Breakfast.
      From the Brazilian National Park, there are panoramic views of the falls which are almost 3 km long and 270 cascades. This tour takes a 1000 meter easy walk that lasts approximately 1 hr and starts from the Das Cataratas Hotel and finishes in the canyon of the Devil’s Throat.
      Transfer to the airport to take your flight.
      Flight to Buenos Aires (it is not included).
      Arrival in Buenos Aires and private transfer from Jorge Newbery National Airport to the hotel (without guide).

    10. Day 10 BUENOS AIRES - DEPARTURE

      Breakfast and private transfer from the Hotel to Ezeiza International Airport (without guide).
